A leading logistics services company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources function and support the company’s continued growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
- Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
- Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
- Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
