Manage and develop the specified human capital for the organization, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizing daily employee affairs, in addition to providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Affairs and Legal Compliance:
Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee files (digital and paper). Register employees in social insurance and relevant government entities. Monitor leaves, absences, and work schedules and organize them. Ensure the company’s compliance with local labor laws to avoid any violations.
2. Payroll Management:
Calculate monthly salaries and allowances, and issue payroll statements. Manage medical insurance and other benefits for employees. Work with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of dues.
3. Recruitment and Team Building:
Draft job advertisements and publish them as needed to attract new talents or freelancers. Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
4. Work Environment and Corporate Culture:
Create a positive and motivating work environment that ensures employee loyalty and retention. Resolve any internal conflicts or disputes promptly and efficiently.
5. Administrative and Operational Support:
Organize essential office administrative processes or coordinate major meetings for the organization.
