Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting business objectives through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and handle disciplinary matters
- Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity
- Support learning & development initiatives and succession planning
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
