We are working with a rapidly growing Venture Capital firm based in Dubai, investing in disruptive startups across the MENA region and beyond. The team is currently hiring a HR Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and culture.
Lead end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Work closely with portfolio companies to provide HR insights and support where needed.
Design and implement HR policies and practices tailored to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement programs.
Manage compensation, benefits, and organisational development initiatives.
Support leadership in strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager (5+ years), ideally within private equity or startup environments.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
Familiarity with the startup landscape and entrepreneurial culture.
