Now Hiring: HR Officer – Government Relations
Location: Qatar
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer – Government Relations to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and coordinating with relevant government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle visa processing, work permits, residency permits, and other employee documentation.
✔ Coordinate with government departments and authorities for company and employee-related matters.
✔ Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and immigration regulations.
✔ Process employee onboarding, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
✔ Maintain accurate records of government transactions and employee documents.
✔ Support HR operations and provide guidance on government-related procedures.
✔ Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in HR and Government Relations in Qatar.
✔ Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
✔ Experience using Metrash and relevant government systems.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
✔ Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
