The HR Executive is responsible for managing employee relations, including handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures fair treatment of employees, fosters a positive work environment, and oversees various HR processes, including employee records management, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, contract renewals, and HR compliance. Additionally, the role will provide ad hoc support for Payroll and Onboarding as required

Scope of Work:

· Administration:
Oversee HR administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.

· Employee Support:
Provide employees with HR-related assistance and guidance.

· Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.

· Compliance:
Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

· Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments to facilitate HR processes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Relations & Compliance:

· Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

· Ensure all disciplinary cases follow company policies and UAE labor law.

· Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management and workplace behavior.

· Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace disputes.

· Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations matters for compliance and legal purposes.

HR Administration & Documentation:

· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

· Ensure timely contract renewals, terminations, and cancellations based on approvals.

· Prepare various employee documents, including salary certificates, NOCs, and letters.

· Manage employee schedules in coordination with department managers.

· Ensure employee profiles and events are updated accurately in HR systems.

· Oversee document retention and disposal as per legal and company policies.

Offboarding:

· Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, return of company assets, and visa cancellations.

Leave & Attendance Management:

· Process and track employee leave requests, maintaining accurate leave records and ensuring policy compliance

· Track all employee leaves and attendance, including sick leave, vacations, and other types of time-off.

· Monitor employee attendance and leave balances, providing reports as needed.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement:

· Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

· Assist in the creation and implementation of an employee grading system.

· Manage events such as employee rewards, promotions, and HR Engagements.

· Conduct regular reviews and updates of employee job descriptions.

Medical Insurance & Financial Matters:

· Ensure all employees are covered under the company’s medical insurance plan as per UAE regulations.

· Manage the timely deletion of employees from the insurance policy.

Ad Hoc Support:

· Assist Payroll in processing salary, deductions, and financial-related employee matters as required.

· Support the Onboarding team during peak hiring periods or when additional assistance is needed.
