We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and transform the HR function across our automotive operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement while supporting the company’s business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business plans.
  • Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic workforce insights and human capital solutions.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees across automotive sales, aftersales, service centers, parts operations, and corporate functions.
  • Drive organizational transformation initiatives, change management programs, and culture enhancement projects.
  • Establish and monitor HR KPIs, workforce productivity metrics, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to maintain market competitiveness and support talent retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and all applicable employment laws.
  • Lead workforce planning and Saudization initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical business positions.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize HR operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA, HRM) is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR experience
    , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    .
  • Previous experience within the Automotive, Automotive Retail, Dealership, Mobility, or Industrial sectors is mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing large and geographically dispersed work forces.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and change management programs.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and HR governance practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with modern HRIS, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with in a multi-branch automotive dealership network.
  • Exposure to OEM-driven environments (Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, GM, Stellantis, etc.).
  • Proven track record of supporting rapid business growth and organizational transformation.
