About the role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day
operations within the HR office. This position involves managing the full
onboarding/offboarding process for candidates, managing correspondence,
and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is customer
service-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic
environment.
Day-to-Day responsibilities
Gathering data and creating reports on an ad hoc basis as requested by management or other stakeholders.
Managing and maintaining HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assisting in the preparation and processing of employee files, onboarding materials, and offboarding procedures.
Serving as the point of contact for inquiries, providing information and assistance to employees regarding policies and procedures.
Supporting in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Handling visa application processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant authorities.
Drafting and preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, bank letters, etc.
Coordinating HR-related events and activities, including meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
Staying updated with local labor laws and regulations to help ensure HR policy compliance.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
