Summary

The Hotel HR Coordinator will support the human resources functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations and administration. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, employee relations and compliance, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support with overseeing the talent attraction and recruitment efforts on Wyndham Partner Careers.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with labor laws with related employee documentation.

Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Support the performance management process by tracking timelines and documentation.

Assist in managing employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.

Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and payroll.

Responsible for managing the hotel internships.

Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and staff events.

Promote a positive work culture through various initiatives.

Support with the employee engagement activities, survey and action planning.
