Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team, responsible for handling the entire lifecycle of employee formalities for our workforce (blue-collar). From onboarding to separation, this role ensures that all administrative and operational processes are carried out efficiently, within timelines, and in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding and Induction:

Coordinate transportation for new joiners from the airport to the camp and ensure proper accommodation arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of new joiners and inform respective departments accordingly.

Collaborate with Employee Relations for a smooth Welcome Induction and attendance tracking.

2. Visa Processing:

Liaise with the Visa and PR team to facilitate Emirates ID applications and medical forms.

Ensure timely signing and return of service agreements by employees.

Arrange transportation for new employees to complete visa medical requirements and Emirates ID applications.

3. Administrative Tasks:

Update salary and duty details in JDE for all new joiners.

Process health insurance applications and ensure employees receive active cards.

Complete formalities for employee identification cards and coordinate ATM card issuance.

Maintain and update employee documents in SharePoint, DMS, and JDE, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

4. Separation and Repatriation:

Communicate job status to employees and manage cancellation documentation.

Coordinate repatriation tickets and document handovers.

For medically unfit employees, ensure timely repatriation by coordinating with transport and Visa teams.

5. Other Responsibilities:

Regularly interact with employees to address operational concerns.

Ensure participation in company trainings, HR Roadshows, and engagement events.

Educate employees on HR policies and encourage involvement in surveys.

Display translated notices and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

2–3 years of experience in HR Administration

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of any additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Nepali) is a plus

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
