Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner, supporting factory operations by managing the workforce, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall productivity and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Ground HR Support:

Support daily factory operations and handle workforce challenges (attendance, behavior, shifts).

2. Workforce Planning:

Manage manpower needs, operational hiring, and ensure workforce availability.

3. Employee Relations:

Handle labor cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with Saudi Labor Law.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

5. Performance Management:

Support performance evaluations and address underperformance.

6. Compliance & HR Operations:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage employee records, and coordinate payroll-

related data.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and support productivity improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of HR experience.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing / factory environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and HR Operations.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with HR systems such as MenaITech / MenaMe.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
