About the Role

The role involves automating routine reporting and enhancing the quality and speed of HR service delivery through effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously explore practical opportunities to automate routine reporting and improve the quality and speed of HR service delivery.
  • Interacts frequently with project and corporate stakeholders to understand business requirements, coordinate HR services, resolve issues, and provide workforce insights:
  • Senior Manager – HR Business Partner / HR Management
  • Project Directors, Project Managers and Project Leadership Teams
  • Talent Acquisition
  • HR Operations
  • Government Relations
  • Workforce Team
  • Payroll, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Systems
  • Finance, Legal, IT and other Corporate Functions
  • Maintains professional coordination with external stakeholders when required to support assigned project and employee requirements:
  • Recruitment and manpower service providers
  • Training and HR service providers
  • HR technology / system vendors
  • Government authorities, when required and in coordination with Government Relations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Professional HR certification is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Arabic and English.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within construction, contracting, engineering, infrastructure, or other large project-based organizations.
  • Practical experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Operations, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects, sites, business units, or geographically distributed operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, KPI/KRI monitoring, dashboard development, and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design professional PowerPoint presentations and HR dashboards from scratch, including data analysis, chart selection, visualization, layout design, executive storytelling, and management-ready insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required; candidates must be able to create high-quality executive presentations, scorecards, dashboards, and data visualizations without relying on a separate design resource.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies and procedures, and HR service delivery practices.
