- Act as the point of contact for the business unit, providing advice and guidance on the local organizational climate and necessary action plans required to enhance the employee experience.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, and partner with the legal department as needed.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work with business leaders to enhance organizational & people capability and build a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition function regarding new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Ensure all roles have clear accountabilities and job Descriptions.
- Maintain employee records physically and on the system ensuring financial, legal, administrative, and audit regulations.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Center of Excellence to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field.
- Experience and capability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.
