Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline and digitise HR operations to enhance the employee lifecycle.
• Build HR dashboards and analyse metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Support employee experience from onboarding to engagement initiatives.
• Guide leaders on people matters and support cultural and DEI programes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while introducing progressive practices.
• Partner with finance to tailor benefits and reward programes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field (CIPD/SHRM a plus).
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in an advisory or
leadership
role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and multicultural team dynamics.
• Creative, data-driven, and passionate about people-first
leadership
.
• Excellent
communication
and relationship-building skills.
