Asyan Properties is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in a real estate brokerage company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate visa processing and other HR administrative tasks.
- Work closely with management to support business growth and HR objectives.
