Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them
– Provide guidance and support on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
– Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
– Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and issue resolution
– Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews to assess individual and team effectiveness
– Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven HR decisions
– Ensure compliance with employment labor laws, FMLA regulations, and company policies
– Partner with key stakeholders to implement strategic planning initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
– Strong knowledge of HR functions including benefits administration, employee evaluation, and conflict management
– Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle, ADP, or PeopleSoft
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
