POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for supporting HR-related services to employees of S+ clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to service standards.
Role Description:
Provide frontline support to S+ client employees for queries related to employment.
Assist with HR service areas, including:
Issuance of employee letters and documentation
Manage all incoming queries via communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR systems.
manage compliance with SLAs reports, policies, and standard operating procedures in service delivery.
Assist in drafting and updating standard operating procedures for employee services.
Maintain and update documentation, records, and files for employee services and processes.
Schedule, organize, and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Perform other HR-related tasks as directed by management.
JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
Good understanding of employee service processes.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee needs.
Familiarity with HR systems, helpdesk tools, and relevant software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT ROLES/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
