We are currently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support our growing workforce and ensure smooth HR operations. As an HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day functions, with a strong focus on payroll, time sheet management, and salary processing, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. Experience in the contracting and landscape industry is essential for understanding project-based workforce needs and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

Maintain and verify employee time sheets, attendance records, and leave balances.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding compensation, benefits, and employment regulations.

Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.

Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records and HR databases with high attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

Liaise with the Finance department regarding payroll reconciliations and deductions.

Assist in audits and reporting related to HR and payroll functions.

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure workforce data accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in payroll and salary management.

Proven experience in contracting and landscape sectors is essential.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll regulations.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
