Job description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a specialization in Training & Development and Payroll Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies focused on enhancing employee skills and ensuring efficient payroll processing.
Company Visa and Medical Will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,00.00 per month
Location: Concord Tower, Media City, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance.
Assess training needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Manage payroll inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain HR policies and collaborate with managers to address HR needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, focusing on Recruiting, Training & Payroll Management.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
