We are currently looking for an immediately available HR Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi with experience in the below:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate HR manager to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to new hires.
Assist with new employee onboarding, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Employee Records and Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records (personal information, job history, etc.).
Ensure all HR documents are stored securely and are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and maintain files for employees.
Ensure that employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and confidential.
Payroll Support:
Assist with payroll processing, including tracking attendance, overtime, and leave.
Ensure accurate records of employee attendance, vacations, sick leave, and public holidays.
Support in the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
Employee Benefits:
Process Health insurance applications, visa and contract applications
HR Administration:
Organize employee files, ensuring they are easily accessible and compliant with data protection laws.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws (or the relevant country’s labor laws if outside the UAE).
