The Human Resource Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for recruiting top real estate professionals, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a dynamic and performance-driven work culture. This role involves supporting both corporate staff and real estate agents while implementing HR policies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Develop hiring strategies to attract top real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff.
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new employees.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Support a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and manage conflict resolution.
Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

3. Performance Management & Training

Implement performance appraisal systems to track employee and agent productivity.
Develop training programs on sales techniques, customer service, and industry regulations.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities.

4. Compliance & Policy Enforcement

Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and real estate regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate licensing and labor laws.
Oversee workplace safety, ethical practices, and company compliance policies.

5. Compensation & Benefits Administration

Manage payroll, commission structures, and employee benefits programs.
Oversee incentive programs to motivate real estate agents and staff.
Benchmark salary and commission trends in the real estate industry.

6. HR Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide HR metrics and reports to leadership to support decision-making.
Track retention rates, agent performance, and workforce trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a sales-driven industry.
Strong understanding of commission-based compensation structures.
Knowledge of employment laws and real estate industry regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong knowledge for UAE labor laws
