We are seeking a highly experienced and people-driven HR Manager capable of leading HR operations within a dynamic, high-volume, F&B environment.

Role Summary

The HR Manager will oversee the complete employee lifecycle across multiple projects and operational divisions while supporting a workforce that frequently scales up and down based on seasonal business demands, events, and activations.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, adaptable, operationally strong, and capable of balancing strategic HR leadership with hands‑on day-to-day people management.

Workforce Planning & Seasonal Operations

  • Manage HR operations for large-scale hospitality, event, entertainment, and activation projects with fluctuating staffing requirements
  • Support workforce planning for seasonal business peaks, project launches, and large event operations
  • Coordinate the mobilisation and onboarding of local and international staff across multiple departments and venues
  • Ensure smooth staffing transitions during project ramp-ups and operational changes

Multicultural Employee Management

  • Manage a highly diverse workforce consisting of multiple nationalities, cultures, languages, and backgrounds
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and professional workplace culture across all teams
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution with professionalism and cultural awareness
  • Support employee wellbeing and engagement within high-pressure operational environments

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, visa regulations, and internal HR procedures
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with finance, and operations teams regarding employee legal documentation and workforce compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all HR matters

Performance & Development

  • Support department managers with performance management, coaching, and employee development
  • Identify training requirements for operational and guest-facing teams
  • Promote service excellence, professionalism, and company culture across all departments

Recruitment & International Hiring

  • Oversee recruitment for hospitality, events, entertainment, operational, and corporate roles
  • Work closely with operations teams to forecast staffing needs and maintain workforce readiness

Leadership & Organisational Support

  • Partner with senior management on organisational structure, staffing strategy, and operational growth
  • Prepare HR reports, staffing updates, headcount analysis, and workforce planning reports
  • Recommend improvements to HR systems, onboarding processes, and employee experience initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager within hospitality, events, entertainment, F&B, staffing, or large operational businesses
  • Strong experience managing high-volume and seasonal work forces
  • Experience handling high volume recruitment processes
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Strong HR operations and compliance background
  • Ability to work under pressure within fast-moving operational environments
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
