- Develop and oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HR policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations
