Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and assess employee training needs and develop customized development programs.

Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, andleadership development initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads to create career pathing andsuccession planningstrategies.

Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights onemployee engagementinitiatives.

Develop strategies to foster apositive workplace culturethat promotes retention andjob satisfaction.

Use HR analytics to track talent management initiatives’ effectiveness and report findings to management.

Maintain and analyze talent management metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes.

Partner with HRleadershipto ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall business strategy.

Advise on best practices for managing talent-related issues and fostering adiverse and inclusiveworkforce.

Ensure all talent management programs comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Address potential risks related to talent management processes and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

14 years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development.

Strong understanding of talent management practices, performance management systems, andemployee developmentstrategies.

Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.

Strongproblem-solving skillsand the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in afast-paced environment.

Strategic Thinking:
Ability to align talent management initiatives with business strategies.

Analytical Skills:
Proficient in analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.

Collaboration:
