Human Capital Associate | MAF Retail | Hypermarket Medina
ROLE SUMMARY
The Human Capital Associate is responsible for assisting with general Human Capital activities within its assigned store, that includes but not limited to recruitment, employee relations and staff training and development.
ROLE PROFILE
Work towards aligning procedures and forms required locally (e.g. legal requirements)
Assist in sourcing contracts for procurement of staff services
Support initiatives to ensure the constant availability of the required competent staff to support the store in meeting all its targets, plans and objectives
Implement training and performance management systems initiated by the country Head Office
Support with the implementation of all relevant HC projects and procedures initiated by the country Head Office
Responsible for overseeing all Human Capital functions, including payroll, operations, and attendance management and other related responsibilities
Monitor the proper documentation after implementation for audit purposes
Conduct periodic employee engagement and internal customer satisfaction surveys
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Resources
1+ year of experience in HC administration and recruitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English
Interpersonal skills
Time Management skills
