HSSE OFFICER Jobs in Doha at Mecton Electromechanical LLC
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas HSE experience
- At least 3 years of shutdown/turnaround experience
- Mandatory QatarEnergy LNG shutdown experience
- NEBOSH IGC certification (minimum requirement)
- Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
- Experience conducting site inspections, safety audits, and identifying hazards.
- Ability to stop unsafe work and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Experience investigating incidents, near misses, and preparing HSE reports.
- Good communication skills to conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and report writing). QatarEnergy also expects HSE personnel to demonstrate competence in HSE management systems and relevant training such as PTW and H2S where required.
Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per hour
