The HSSE Head will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) performance of the Concourse A project y will implement and maintain the project’s HSSE management system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The HSSE Head will lead a team of HSSE professionals in conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
They will also be responsible for developing and delivering HSSE training programs, and for promoting a strong HSSE culture across the project.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the project’s HSSE management system.
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSSE regulations and standards.
Lead a team of HSSE professionals in conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
Identify and mitigate potential HSSE hazards.
Develop and deliver HSSE training programs.
Promote a strong HSSE culture across the project.
Skills
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in HSSE management, with aproven track recordof success in managing HSSE on large-scale construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strongleadershipandcommunication skills.
Excellentproblem-solvingand decision-making skills.
Experience working on airport projects is preferred.
Professional certification in HSSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.
