About Us: We are a dynamic company operating in the marine offshore industry, seeking a highly motivated and flexible HSEQ Supervisor to join our team in Al Shaheen Field, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Report to Terminal Head
Promote cost consciousness in order to embed a strong cost culture.
Implement & maintain Terminal departments HSEQ management system bearing in mind contractor contractual requirements. Where applicable maintain HSEQ KPIs and dashboards.
Create & maintain HSEQ methods and reporting standards for department including HSE coach management.
Be the department Focal on all terminal HSEQ data & statistics.
Prepare and maintain departments HSEQ roadmap.
Prepare and present departments yearly performance with suggestions for improvements.
Conduct HSEQ audits &/or inspections on department contractors when requested
Track & monitor HSEQ performance of departments contractor & subcontractor’s
Conduct and/or supervise root cause analysis as per COMPANY for any incident.
Supervise and support department in preparation of all risk assessments, permit to work etc.
Support offshore on revision of generic risk assessments.
Carry out regular HSEQ gap analysis between contractor and COMPANY standards and report to Terminal Head.
Competencies and Behaviors:
Good leadership skills and communication skills
Ability to work in complex and multicultural environment
Be skilled in computer programmes for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications.
Be able to work in SharePoint and PowerBI
