We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Fit-Out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Conduct material take-offs, quantity estimation, and pricing for MEP and Fit-Out works.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for materials and services.
Analyze project risks, costs, and timelines to ensure feasibility and profitability.
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns for project proposals.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and requirements.
Support the business development team in preparing technical and financial proposals.
Monitor and update cost databases to reflect market trends and price fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation for MEP and Fit-Out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and pricing.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel).
Familiarity with contract types, procurement methods, and cost-control strategies.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the GCC/UAE market is an advantage.
Knowledge of local regulations and project requirements.
Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
