Job Description:
To maintain and complete project HSE reports and documentation. To collect, compile and report HSE statistics for the project. Preparation and submission of project HSE report to location Construction Manager and/or Project Manager.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety standards.
Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to site-specific risks and workforce needs to enhancesafety awareness.
Prepare detailed incident reports and investigations, tracking root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE policies into all phases of project planning and execution.
Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, providing actionable insights tosenior managementforcontinuous improvement.
Facilitate regular safety meetings and toolbox talks, fostering an open dialogue about safety practices among all team members.
Conduct risk assessments and audits, ensuring robust HSE management systems are in place and fully operational.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledge of local and international HSE regulations, ensuring compliance across all operational areas.
Lead emergency response drills and training sessions, ensuring all personnel are prepared to handle incidents effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be available in KSA-Jubail area for F2F interview.
Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry with Aramco approvals in HSE Supervisor role.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
NEBOSH / IOSH/ OSHA certification required; additional certifications in safety management are highly desirable.
Experience withrisk assessmenttools and methodologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to hazard management.
Demonstratedleadershipqualities and the ability to influence safety culture across all workforce levels.
