Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Valid DOH license preferred, or eligible to activate DOH license.
Excellent clinical and patient care skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse healthcare setting.
