Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled HSE Officer/Site Supervisor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering tojoin our team. The successful candidate will oversee and ensure the effective maintenance of sites related to real estate and hospitality, managing fire protection systems, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the complete maintenance of real estate and hospitality sites.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure optimal site performance.
Supervise installation, programming, and commissioning of fire protection systems.
Act as the Fire Alarm System Maintenance In-Charge, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of fire safety systems.
Serve as the site engineer for ongoing and completed projects, including managing contractual warranty periods.
Perform site inspections and ensure that all health, safety, and environmental standards are met on construction and maintenance sites.
Conduct integrity testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical expertise and support to the maintenance and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Kahramaa Approved certification is required.
Background and expertise in fire protection systems, installation, and commissioning.
Certified Integrity Tester.
Previous experience in site supervision and HSE management.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills.
Locally available in Qatar with Valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC.
