HSE Officer – Rooftop Solar Project Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Exclusive Talent Management
Job Purpose:
To ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across rooftop solar installation activities, ensuring safe execution of all site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies on rooftop solar project sites
• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analysis (JHA)
• Ensure strict compliance with work at height safety standards
• Monitor electrical safety during solar panel installation and wiring
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inductions
• Ensure proper use of PPE at all times
• Inspect scaffolding, ladders, and fall protection systems
• Enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
• Prepare HSE reports and corrective action plans
• Coordinate with project teams and client HSE representatives
