HSE Officer Cum PTW Jobs in Doha at Zeal-it Trading and Contracting W.L.L
– Supervision of site activities and coordination with project engineers/project manager, clients, and consultants.
-Safety support and guidance to the workforce throughout all activities
-Develop and delivery of Operational Processes safely.
-Enforces company policies and procedures to the workforce.
-Following project JHA / Risk Assessment about the Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and identifying relevant controls to manage and reduce the risk at worksite.
-Providing Site Documents for Internal HSE audits
-Support for HSE input to HSE Management System Reviews
-Prepares & Monitor / Maintain the records of incident reports from the work sites.
-Provides training sessions as per Training Plan & Competency development requirements.
-Any other responsibilities assigned as and when required for company.
-Seeking clarity and understanding from project manager whenever required
- Communicate effectively between Qatar Energy Project Management Team, Contractor’s execution team to facilitate the timely submittal, review, and approval of permit applications, including the associated design and construction documents.
- Ensure all applicable documents are completed and are included in permit applications, in accordance with Qatar Energy guidelines.
- Develop and maintain an effective tracking system to ensure the status of all project permits are regularly communicated in support of actively permitting project activities to meet required schedule.
- Routinely access Qatar Energy’s electronic Consolidated Permit to Work (eCPW) system to monitor the status of all permit applications and take further action as required.
- Expedite Company, Contractor, and as required to ensure the timely completion of all permit related activities, manage permit extensions as needed, and ensure permit close out requirements are met.
- Supports the establishment of the Qatar Energy safety culture at the construction site.
- Routinely observe and audit eCPW/contractor PTW site safety compliance and competency at the point of work
- Communicate effectively with company / contractor safety and construction team on permit and site safety compliance challenges.
- Daily sanctioning of eCPW and site verification for eCPW compliance.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
