Job Summary
Al Marwan Group is hiring an HSE Officer to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations while promoting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Implement safety procedures and corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitor heavy equipment and mobile plant safety
- Maintain HSE documentation and records
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of UAE experience in the construction/mechanical industry
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory); IOSH preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- English & Hindi required;
Arabic is an advantage - Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
