HSE Officer (Civil) Jobs in Dubai at Falcon Laboratory LLC
We are looking for a proactive HSE Officer with a Civil Engineering background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in construction projects and a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Monitor work activities and identify potential hazards.
- Prepare risk assessments, safety reports, and incident investigations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safe work practices.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction projects.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulations.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
