Location:
AL MAKTOUM AIRPORT, DUBAIThe HSE Officer reports to the Project HSE Manager and is responsible for implementing and monitoring the project’s HSE management plan, supporting in all HSE procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and client requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, delivering training, maintaining safety equipment, monitoring hazardous exposures, investigating incidents, and conducting audits.
Qualifications:
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, IELTS Level 6-6.5 or TOEFL 60, UAE driving license (Dubai Airport approved), minimum 3 years of HSE experience in large projects, preferably in GCC and airport environments. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards is required.
Skills:
Fluency in English, good
communication
and training skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, detail-oriented, and team player.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in construction or installation activities, incident investigation, and understanding of airport procedures are preferred.
