Key Responsibilities – main duties, responsibilities, and outputs of the role.
Comply with clients HSE division requirement.
Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities.
Support and guide field team in establishing and processing HSE initiatives, programs, and procedures.
Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives are effectively implemented.
Monitor HSE Performance of Subcontractors and ensure contractual and other relevant requirements are satisfied adequately.
Assist with investigation of accidents, incidents (including ‘near misses’) and dangerous occurrences and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Develop and manage HSE awareness campaigns.
Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures are applied before execution.
Person Specification
Aptitudes / Skills / Abilities
Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Ability to easily adapt in a dynamic environment.
Extensive knowledge in Safety Regulations
Leadership in guiding and motivating team members to follow safety protocols.
Strong decision making.
Quick response in emergency situations.
Well verse in auditing
