Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. The ideal candidate will support project managers, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Assist in procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination.
Identify potential project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
Experience: 1-2 years in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and site coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
