We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the flower industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about flowers, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set individual sales targets and guide team members to achieve their goals.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor sales metrics and report data to upper management on a regular basis.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Requirement:
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the flower industry.
Atleast 6-7 years of UAE experience as a Sales Manager in the flower industry
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
