HSE Manager (Building Contracting)
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental practices across our building construction projects. The role will ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and support project teams in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across all projects
- Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements
- Prepare HSE reports and present findings to senior management
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
