Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental activities on civil and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, implementing safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in Civil / Construction Projects.
- Proven experience managing HSE operations on large-scale construction projects.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.
- Experience with Microsoft Construction Project Management Tools.
- Excellent reporting, leadership, and communication skills.
Mandatory Criteria:
- iDip-OHS (Level 6) certification is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of relevant Civil/Construction HSE experience.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Construction Project Management Tools.
- Ability to join within the required timeframe will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project safety plans.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Lead HSE teams, deliver safety training and toolbox talks, monitor safety performance, and prepare HSE reports for management and clients.
