HSE Inspector
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Inspector (Health, Safety & Environment) to monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during site setup, construction, and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and potential risks.
- Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and project safety requirements.
- Inspect work areas, access and egress routes, scaffolding, lifting activities, electrical systems, and other site operations.
- Verify fire prevention and fire safety requirements, including emergency equipment and evacuation routes.
- Monitor safe work practices and ensure approved procedures and risk controls are followed.
- Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, inductions, and HSE awareness activities.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, reports, and other required HSE documentation.
- Stop or escalate work where there is an immediate and serious safety risk.
- Assist with incident investigations and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or certification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HSE/Safety Inspector in construction, events, fit-out, or similar environments.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety practices, PPE, fire safety, emergency procedures, and risk assessment.
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on-site and maintain a proactive approach to safety compliance.
- Relevant HSE certifications are advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,500.00 per month
