Guildhall is currently recruiting for a top-tier international contracting company delivering major high-speed rail and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced HSE Head to take full ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental operations on a complex mega infrastructure project.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an HSE professional with strong technical capability, proven site management experience, and a track record of managing safety operations across large-scale construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the overall HSE function across major construction packages.
– Develop and implement project-specific HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.
– Provide leadership and direction to HSE teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
– Drive safety culture, risk management, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action management.
– Work closely with project leadership, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve HSE objectives.
