We’re Hiring – HSE Engineer (Pipeline Projects – ADNOC Refining)

Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to support pipeline and utility construction projects within ADNOC Refining facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE management systems for pipeline construction activities within operating refinery facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and site safety inspections.
- Prepare and review HSE plans, method statements, emergency response plans, and other safety documentation.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) compliance for excavation, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for project personnel.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with client representatives and project teams to maintain safe execution of works within live refinery environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, including experience in pipeline or utility construction projects within ADNOC Refining facilities.
- Candidates who have previously cleared the ADNOC Refining HSE interview/assessment will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) system, refinery safety requirements, and HSE procedures for brownfield construction activities.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as IOSH or OSHA are an advantage.
- Experience in managing HSE for pipeline installation, tie-ins, excavation, lifting operations, and related civil/mechanical works inside operating refinery areas.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
