Posyandu Mangga is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer / HSE Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for promoting and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to comply with regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE practices and emergency response plans.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, documenting compliance and incidents.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 50 to 100 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
