We are seeking a skilled Electrical Elevator Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in elevators and escalators. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical components, safety protocols, and elevator systems to ensure optimal performance and safety for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in elevators, escalators, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in elevator control systems and components.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.
Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.
Respond promptly to service callbacks, investigating and resolving previously reported issues efficiently. Ensure thorough follow-up to prevent recurrence of problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards related to elevator systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid electrical license and any required certifications.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. (preferred, but not mandatory)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Willingness to travel:
