Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all the safety standards, rule, and regulations as per AGH and client HSE Requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment without any risk to health safety and environment.
- Conduct or coordinate HSE Training for the site workers as per the nature of job being performed.
- Ensure the compliance of HIRA, JSP and LPP at site during the job execution.
- Update and maintain all the HSE documents, and records as per AGH and client requirements.
- Conduct frequent site inspection to make sure the HSE Compliance at site.
- Provide regular HSE reports to the site management and immediate supervisor about site Safety Issues.
- Attend the weekly/monthly meetings with client and site management to discuss site safety issues.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience in utility, transmission, substation, or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications, with SCE registration.
- Experience in HSE management system implementation, risk assessment, incident investigation, compliance monitoring, and client reporting.
- Previous experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects is an added advantage.
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
