The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Engineer with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

Expected

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or related.
  • 6 yrs + experience in HSE.
  • A solid understanding of organizational change
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Worked exclusively at site location
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often averse to change
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, documenting the future state business processes and change impacts

Personal attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships, active listening skills, resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often averse to change
