Position Title: HSE Diving Representative

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Diving Representative to support offshore diving operations on an ADNOC project. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, international diving safety regulations, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HSE aspects of offshore diving operations
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and PTW system
- Review and approve diving risk assessments, JSAs, and dive plans
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site audits
- Monitor diving activities in accordance with International Marine Contractors Association guidelines
- Liaise with client representatives, offshore management, and dive teams
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions
- Ensure emergency response procedures are in place and understood
- Verify competency and certification of diving personnel
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of offshore experience in diving operations and HSE
- Proven experience on ADNOC projects or similar Middle East offshore projects
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Familiarity with IMCA and DMAC diving standards
Certifications Required
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification
- Valid offshore certificates: BOSIET / FOET, H2S, Offshore Medical
- IMCA Diving Supervisor certification (preferred)
Approval Requirement
- Must be deployable through an ADNOC-approved contractor
- Final mobilization subject to ADNOC site approval and onboarding process
